I requested quotes via the Worcester boilers website a couple of weeks ago when our boiler started leaking a couple of weeks ago. Within a couple of hours I got a call from ACL offering to view ASAP and give a quote. Craig managed to come along the same day, gave a reasonable quote and explained what would be involved. The quote arrived quickly, was fully detailed and after comparing with others, we went ahead. The new boiler was ordered and fitted within a week, by very hard working, friendly and polite engineers who left the place as they had found it. Holly's care and attention to us as customers was excellent, and this makes a big difference as a customer.
